EchoDesk
EchoDesk is the conversation-intelligence core of Echogenie. It transcribes calls with speaker diarization, runs AI quality evaluations against your own scoring rubrics, and pushes summaries, sentiment scores, and action items back to your CRM automatically.
Echogenie uses the Gladia API for speech-to-text, which delivers industry-leading accuracy across accents and languages. Accuracy is further improved by domain-specific vocabulary you can configure per project.
Absolutely. You create QA questions and evaluation rubrics inside EchoDesk. The AI then scores every call against those criteria automatically, giving you consistent, bias-free evaluations at scale.
HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive are supported out of the box with bi-directional sync. Custom CRM integrations are available via the API.
InfoGenie
InfoGenie is the knowledge-base and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) module. You upload documents, paste URLs, or crawl your website, and InfoGenie creates a searchable vector store that your team — or your chatbot — can query in natural language.
PDFs, Word documents, plain text, CSV, and web pages via URL crawling are all supported. The ingested content is chunked, embedded, and indexed automatically.
Yes. The InfoGenie chat interface is designed for real-time lookup. Agents can ask questions in plain language and get instant, cited answers without leaving their workspace.
EchoBot
EchoBot is Echogenie's intelligent chatbot platform for lead generation and customer engagement. It supports FAQ handling, conditional if-then conversation flows, knowledge-base RAG lookups, and N8N workflow triggers — all configurable without code.
Once configured inside the platform, you embed a single JavaScript snippet on your site. The bot is live immediately and updates in real time as you edit its configuration.
Yes. Define your qualification criteria in the conversation flow. When a lead meets the criteria, EchoBot triggers an N8N workflow that can create or update a CRM record, send a notification, or kick off any downstream automation you need.
Yes. The LeoBot Public API lets external systems send messages to and receive responses from your bot using a tenant-specific API key — no user authentication required for that endpoint.
FlowBook
FlowBook is Echogenie's pitch and script management tool. It lets you build dynamic call scripts as branching decision trees, so agents always have the right response ready regardless of how the conversation unfolds.
Yes. FlowBook includes pitch comparison and analysis features so you can measure which script variations drive better outcomes and continuously refine your playbooks.

Pricing is based on the number of seats and the volume of minutes processed per month. Contact us for a quote tailored to your team size and usage — we also offer partner-program pricing for resellers.
Audio files and attachments are stored in AWS S3 with strict access controls. Structured data lives in MySQL (relational) and MongoDB (conversation and evaluation data). All storage is tenant-isolated so your data is never co-mingled with other customers' data.
Echogenie is designed with data privacy in mind — tenant isolation, role-based access control, and configurable data-retention policies are all built in. Contact us for a Data Processing Agreement specific to your jurisdiction.
